Introduction

On an annual basis, the Secretary of the Department of Health Services (DHS) issues charges for the Wisconsin Long Term Care Advisory Council to address. The Council provides advice to the Secretary on the Council's charges. This advice is summarized into advisory documents, which DHS use to guide decisions on long-term care policies, programs, and services.
