How to Enroll in Community Support Programs

Community Support Programs (CSPs) are for adults who live with a severe mental illness.

Clients who get CSP services must live in a Wisconsin county that offers CSPs. Each county has a process for seeing who qualifies. Contact your county agency to learn more about their enrollment process.
